video problem here too

The videos were working a few months ago, now that I'm getting my puppy this week the full videos don't seem to work even though I'm registered. Anyone know why?

access to the video's

i'm still not getting full access but am registered ... I must really be a techno peasant. I have tried many different permeatations HELP I really want to get going with Darby's "training"

Hi there I am trying to view the full video but it tells me that I have to register(which I have). I'm just wondering if the "full access" doesn't start until the classes start in June ........ or am I a techno peasant and can't figure out your web site?
